Fitz Toussaint had his best game of the season on Saturday, which included a crucial second half touchdown, but was he Michigan's MVP?

Crazy enough for you?

The Michigan football team looked like it might start to pull away...but then Northwestern stormed back. Then it looked like Michigan was down and out...but a circus catch by Roy Roundtree put Michigan in position to tie the game late and force overtime.

And what an overtime it was, with Devin Gardner providing the scoring and Kenny Demens the exclamation point with a game sealing tackle on fourth-and-one.

Kyle Meinke graded the Wolverines, now it's your turn to pick an MVP and grade their performance in our interactive polls.

Pick Michigan's MVP

Who was Michigan's most valuable player on Saturday?

Offense

With Devin Gardner under center, the Wolverines were at times stagnant on offense, while at other times methodically moved the chains with a balanced attack.

Defense

The option gave Michigan's defense fits, as did the rotation of quarterbacks, but it was a stand at the end of regulation and in overtime that won the game for Michigan.

Special Teams

Will Hagerup was booming the ball and thanks to a holding call on a Wildcats kick return, Michigan managed to contain dangerous return man Venric Mark. Dennis Norfleet had a nice return to set Michigan up late, but it was for naught.

Coaching

Did you like the play calling? How about keeping the starting quarterback situation under wraps all week? Using all three timeouts early on Northwestern's final drive?

Overall

Put it all together, and what do you get?
