Oh, forgot @ Terry Star21. How do you put the RR on the picture? Could it be done on say a picture of a wolverine??? Think that would be okay?

I like it! And what a tribute to our King... not sure the Big Ten would allow it though! The 13 wins yes for sure, but not the stars... you wouldn't want to look like those crappy osu helemts, whom get a star for a player just showing up to a game.

@ azwolverine @ Theo.. What about this RR helmet.. hey Big Ten - 'how ya like me now'!

@ azwolverine and Theo... that is a great idea, look at my helmet here and a large picture of RichRod our king could be added to the middle/back - both sides and keep the wings! Then maybe on one of the stripes we can put 13 stars, one for every victory this year. 'Ah, said the Michigan Football Faithful, 13 wins with a Bowl blowout - I must be in Ann Arbor!

Tigg, this is a new year, you can't say they are going to be as bad as last year, that's not going to happen. And will be a much different team and I have the facts to back it up. Michigan will finish well about.500

Please, you dont think UM is going to finish above 500. I just dont understand the thinking of people. The last place team is now a contendar and 9 other teams are just in the craper now. UM will finish 7th in the BIG TEN,if it all goes right.

RR is King and will win 13 games this year, no problem. No one in the B10 stands a chance, and the NC is a foregone conclusion. Just look at RR's 17 year track record and any question of his greatness will vanish before your eyes. Tressel doesn't hold a candle to RR's greatness - again, just check their histories for proof. I only wish Michigan would get rid of the winged helmet and replace it with a photo of RR on the helmet wearing his block M hat. Go RR!

OSUbebetter, you have a lot of learning to do if you are calling those loses before the season has even started. And I can especially speak for MSU and Iowa and say we lost by very little. And that was with the team that had injuries, lack of depth, inexperience and youth. They are coming to OUR house this year and going to be met by a much better experienced team compared to last year by far!

This was quiet an extraordinary calm and prestigious interview by Mr. Richard Rodriguez. The calmness before the fierce storm of his Wolverine command is quiet apparent as he falters none. The term 'Special Year', might be more appropriate for the other 10 Big Ten teams coming into their own, for the Nations # one football team since 1879, I would deem 'Back-to-Business', as the Wolverine motto this year.

I agree that this is a most special season, and contend that it is probably because of all the hard work Coach Rodriguez has put in... Rome wasn't built in a year - but on that third year they conquered and crushed the nearby armies from Connecticut, Notre Dame, Massachusetts, Bowling Green, Indiana, michigan state, Iowa, Penn State, Illinois, Purdue, Wisconsin ohio state. That winter, a army from the west tried to surprise them, and they took their crystal and sent them home crying. They called themselves the Bowl For Blue Michigan Wolverines.

How is losing to Conn, Notre Dame, MSU, Iowa, Penn State, Wisc, and OSU special?

Robbie... thanks, this will be a special season for Michigan Football and Coach RichRod with many wins, (only one bowl win though, sorry), many highlights, and many awards. I can't remember being so excited, maybe ever for a season - and I it's think because our Coach has worked so very hard teaching and conditioning these athletes for two + years, and it's about to pay off. Like a little kid waiting for Christmas, I go to sleep every night - hoping when I wake, this Saturday is September 4th. Oh yes, I will be patient through the season, getting a new toy every week, and will equally cherish all 13 toys, but be careful not to break the final one - made of crystal.

I think what I took away from this interview was the overwhelming confidence Mr. Rodriguez had answering the questions on camera... this wasn't an angry person, in defense to his program, noooooo, this was a man just about ready to bust loose, saying wait until this year, he wasn't very good at hiding his excitement for this year. Look at the huge smile, when Brandon Graham is mentioned, he won't take credit personally, but he made the difference... I see this confidence extending to his team for the most of great seasons... and or king and his men, stay and become champions.

Hard to imagine Roh is @ 250 lbs. now - gotta be fast twitch muscle I'm sure. RichRod recanted again how the biggest obstacle at hand, is learning the system for the players. No excuses, just fact - he is sticking to his guns and his system and this year everything pays off. Tate & D.Rob have come a long way in learning and getting stronger, and as I mentioned back in February, a QB will emerge from a game, not a practice - as RichRod recanted that he might not know until the second game who the starter will be. I never liked Tom Brady playing just a half all year when he was here, and I see strong competition in the summer - but look for D.Robb to break through and start @ ND. D.Robb MIP of B10.
