RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico -- The University of Michigan women's golf team kicked off its season with a 12th-place finish, scoring 925 in the 54-hole event, at the 16-team Lady Puerto Rico Classic, held Monday-Tuesday at Trump International Golf Club.

The Wolverines were led by Meagan Bauer, who penciled in an even-par 72. Her sister, Ashley Bauer, a senior captain, was next in line with a 78. (MGoBlue.com)
