An owner of the Fifth Quarter nightclub building in downtown Ann Arbor confirmed today the troubled establishment at 210 S. Fifth Ave. officially has closed its doors for business. A University of Michigan student was knocked unconscious after being punched in the face Sunday morning in the 4th & William Parking Structure, an Ann Arbor police report said. He was taken to the U-M Hospital about 2:28 a.m. and had no recollection of what occurred, the report said.
