Locally filmed 'Flipped' opens Friday at Rave Motion Pictures, Brighton Town Square

Without a press push, or any kind of general announcement about releasing the film in Michigan (where it was made), "Flipped" has appeared on the schedule for both Rave Motion Pictures Ann Arbor 20 and Brighton Town Square Cinema 20, starting Friday.

Locally filmed "Conviction" releases trailer; Rob Reiner's "Flipped" has new poster

At the start of 2009, locals were abuzz with talk about Hilary Swank, Sam Rockwell, Minnie Driver, Peter Gallagher, and Juliette Lewis being in town for a feature film that was, at the time, called "Betty Anne Waters." Recently re-titled "Conviction," the movie now has a trailer available online.
