No more weekend lane closures on U.S. 23; MDOT suspends most roadwork for holiday

The Michigan Department of Transportation still has some work to do on a stretch of U.S. 23 being repaved on the east side of Ann Arbor, but the good news is that there will be no more weekend lane closures, a spokeswoman said.

Lane closures on U.S. 23, M-14 will slow traffic through 6 a.m. Monday

Motorists planning to drive on U.S. 23 on the east side of Ann Arbor this weekend might plan for a little extra travel time. Lane closures are likely to slow traffic at times on both sides of the freeway between Washtenaw Avenue and M-14.
