Pedestrian crossing improvements considered for Plymouth Road and Washtenaw Avenue

The Ann Arbor City Council is expected to vote tonight to direct staff to explore pedestrian crossing improvements on Washtenaw Avenue and Plymouth Road. A former employee is accused of committing a total of four break-ins at two Jimmy John's restaurants between May 10 and Monday, Ann Arbor police said. Mark Hunter, 19, of Pittsfield Township is charged with four counts of breaking and entering at a business, police said.
