What’s the best salon in Washtenaw County? The voters in AnnArbor.com’s BestOf contest say it’s Fran Coy’s Salon & Spa, which won with 330 votes, leading Brown & DeLine Salon, which took second with 253 votes. Best salon voting began last Sunday and ended at 11:59 p.m. Saturday.
