A 42-year-old Ypsilanti man accused of assaulting and robbing a 54-year-old man at a bus stop in Ann Arbor last month was arraigned today. Eric Scott Gentry is charged with unarmed robbery, according to an official at the Washtenaw County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. Jan. 26.

Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies arrested a 41-year-old Tecumseh man accused of robbing two women of their purses in Ypsilanti Township on Friday and Saturday. Police say the man was caught shortly after the second robbery and is expected to face two charges of unarmed robbery.
