Students from the two schools collaborated in the Making Meals Happen program by delivering 170 boxes, each filled with food for preparing a holiday meal and a gift card. The meals were delivered to families who were identified by Ypsilanti Public School officials and by officials at Dickens Elementary School in Ann Arbor.
