AnnArbor.com's Business Review is hosting the seventh annual Deals of the Year ceremony tonight. The event honors the best and most significant business deals, transactions and announcements of the past 12 months.

Awards will be distributed in seven industry categories. View nominees here. In addition, the 2011 Company of the Year and Executive of the Year will be revealed.

The live webcast can be viewed here starting at about 7 p.m. Ann Arbor SPARK's FastTrack awards will be distributed at the beginning of the event, and Gov. Rick Snyder will speak before dinner. After dinner, the main awards will be distributed.
