Paparazzi: Masco Cabinetry honors Jason Adams for reaching out to youth

Masco Cabinetry, an Ann Arbor-based manufacturer of several brands of cabinets, recognized Information Services project managerJason Adams Employees Reaching Out award on Feb. 18 for his service as a youth pastor.

The Employees Reaching Out award is an annual award that recognizes Masco Cabinetry employees who connect to the communities in which they live and work. This year eight Masco Cabinetry employees were nominated.

Jason’s involvement as a youth pastor for the past 10 years earned him this award. His ministry has impacted more than 350 youth. Recently, he began volunteering as the youth pastor at the Bethel Community Church in Livonia.

Adams has created the “Driven Youth” program at Bethel Community Church. The group focuses on faith building and building the life skills youth need, including computer training, college choice assistance and counseling.
