In a recent New York Magazine interview, film star Emily Blunt discussed her past experience as a stutterer, but she also answered a question about her experience filming "Five Year Engagement" in Ann Arbor.

The movie expects to wrap up local filming soon, but it's been very visible in recent weeks, including a Friday night shoot in Liberty Plaza.

In response to the question, "What's it been like filming Five-Year Engagement in Michigan?" Blunt told the magazine, "I like it! I mean, we're filming in Ann Arbor, which is a college town, so there's lots of fun restaurants and bars, and it's a sweet little place. I've actually really liked it. Midwesterners are very friendly. They're nice peeps."

Thanks Emily, we like having film-folks here too - interesting to see a bit behind-the-scenes...come back again even if our Eville Overlord GOP Master's make it more difficult. :O)
