A surprise performance by renowned mash-up artist Girl Talk (real name Greg Gillis) is planned at an undisclosed Ann Arbor location on Wednesday, Dec. 7.

Fans are encouraged to check the Facebook page and Twitter feed of deodorant company Axe, the tour sponsor, to find out more about the event, but a Facebook event posting says an Axe truck will be roaming the University of Michigan campus from 1-3 p.m. today (Tuesday), giving away tickets.

According to a press release, the truck will visit high-traffic areas on campus throughout the day, and fans need to check the Facebook and Twitter pages for exact locations and times.

Tickets will not be sold publicly, and admission to the show will be on a first come, first served basis. The tour will make 8 stops in small college towns across the country.

Visit Facebook.com/AXE and Twitter.com/AXE for more information on AXE One Night Only with Girl Talk.

This guy puts on quite a show, hopefully the location is leaked soon and maybe a few people that missed the AXE truck can get in. Either way if you end up going I would recommend some clothes you don't particularly like as based off previous experience if there's alcohol served or not the amount of sweaty college kids dancing around goes a long way in ruining a shirt at these things.
