I have mentioned several times in my writing that my husband and I being out of work was one of the driving factors in my decision to blog - I was searching for free and very low-cost family activities in and around Ann Arbor, and wanted to spread the word on what I found.

Last summer I ran across www.KidsBowlFree.com and was blessed to be able to take my two children bowling throughout the summer months when the weather was nasty. Guess what? The program is back this summer.

From now until Aug. 31, kids can bowl two free games each day at many local bowling alleys including two in Ann Arbor - Bel-Mark Lanes (3530 Jackson Road) and Colonial Lanes (1950 S. Industrial Highway).
