"Marketplace Morning Report," a nationally distributed public-radio business program, plans to broadcast from Ann Arbor this week.

The American Public Media program will use Michigan Radio’s Ann Arbor studios. According to a press release, the show will focus all week on the economy of Michigan and the Midwest, "highlighting the bright spots, the struggles, and what's at stake in Michigan’s upcoming presidential primary election." Michigan Radio reporters will also contribute.

The show can be heard this week on Michigan Radio, locally heard on WUOM (91.7-FM) at 5:50, 6:50 and 7:50 a.m.

Hosted by Jeremy Hobson, "Marketplace Morning Report" offers "a look at business and economic news from a global perspective, with a glance ahead to the news which will be making headlines throughout the day."
