Speed Channel's 'Pass Time' game show pulls up to Milan Dragway
Drag racing game show “Pass Time” with host Brett Wagner, which airs daily on cable's Speed Channel, is filming 10 episodes at the Milan Dragway this weekend.
On the show, three contestants guess how long it will take different dragsters to race down a quarter-mile drag strip. Complicating matters, one of them is always resident automotive expert Ken “The House” Herring, who is known to give the other contestants a run for their money.
Drag racers who want a chance to show off their speed are invited to bring their cars, trucks and bikes to the Milan Dragway to be considered for the show. One hundred dragsters will be selected for the show, 10 per episode. The gates open at 10 a.m. each day Sept. 9-11, and drivers should plan to be there on the early side.
“At noon daily members of the “Pass Time” crew will begin roaming the pits as they scout for the most impressionable cars, trucks, and bikes to stage the show. The earlier you can make it, the better your chances are of being selected - although selections will be all the way through the afternoon,” according to a press release.
The public is invited to watch the action any time throughout the weekend; however, keep in mind that filming will not begin until dusk each day. After filming wraps, a bonfire party in the pits is planned.
Advance tickets for racers and spectators are available ahead of time for $10 per day, or pay $15 at the gate. Kids 12 and under will be admitted for free. Buy tickets by phone at (734) 439-7368 or at the gate. Find out what else is happening at the Milan Dragway, located at 10860 Plank Road on the southeast side of Milan, on their website.

Pass Time? They should head north to the student parties and they can shoot an episode of Pass Out Time.
