Chelsea area residents up and about early Saturday, should be aware that Main Street just south of the intersection of M-52 and Old US-12 will be closed for 15 minutes from 6 a.m. to 6:15 a.m.

Chelsea Police said planned utility work will take place, and motorists heading south will be able to turn in either direction at the light at Main. However, motorists heading north are advised to seek an alternate route through the area.
