By AnnArbor.com Freelance Journalist

Ypsilanti police arrested a man on outstanding warrants early Saturday in connection with an illegal home entry.

Residents at a dwelling on the 300 block of East Cross Street called 911 after finding the man in their home around 5:15 a.m., police said. The man vacated the premises after the residents told him to leave.

Police later found the man at a nearby gas station. He was arrested on unspecified warrants.

Poor guy, several warrants out for him. He simply didn't know where to spend the night, or where to go home to be safe from the Ypsilanti Police. At least he left when the residents told him to leave.
