A man shot in the back of the head in an apparent drug-related incident Thursday night in Pittsfield Township remains in critical condition this morning, Deputy Police Chief Gordy Schick said.
The 33-year-old Ypsilanti man, whose name has not been released, was shot once at about 7:06 p.m. outside a door to a building in the northeast area of Lexington Club at Ann Arbor apartments.
Three teens were taken into custody that night at the complex.
Charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery are: 19-year-old Steven Hall, 16-year-old Farai Munetsi and 15-year-old Charles Johnson. Johnson, who allegedly pulled the trigger, also is charged with assault with intent to murder.
They are scheduled to return to court Jan. 31 for preliminary hearings.

Perhaps I missed something, I thought there was two 15year olds involved (not a 19 yr. old) but a 24 yr. old. Glad to hear Pittsfield Police are still investigating. Am still praying for the victim to survive. Still critical is not promising. No doubt in my mind, the teens should remain in jail.
