Relay for Life Dexter 2012 will hold a kickoff meeting Thursday at the Dexter District Library on Alpine Street.

The event for teams, survivors and supporters will begin at 7p.m. in the lower level of the library, and there will be refreshments.

The Friends and Family Team already started fundraising for the annual event that will take place May 19-20, from 9 a.m to 9 a.m. at Monument Park in downtown Dexter.
