It would be great to see someone improve the lunch fare at Creekside, as it is today, its not very appetizing or healthy.

Great idea. Teach children aout the basics of food. Hopefully it expands there interest in food & prep. Those are wonderful soups. Very aromatic with a lot of flavor. A big pat on the back to Alex Young.

Good grief! What could anyone possibly say about this article that was bad enough to have the comment removed? I've known Alex a few years now and he has done many, many things like this and contributed a lot of time to events in the schools. The District is lucky to have him!

If one of the soups is the green tomato soup served at the Roadhouse, they are lucky kids.

This article is about what Alex Young is doing for the community. He is giving back in the way of donating his time to teach kids about eating fresh, healthy food. The kids at Dexter Community Schools love it when he visits and cooks for/with them. Thank you Alex for all that you do!! BRAVO
