Updated story: Man shot during dispute in parking lot of Pittsfield Township apartment complex; shooter still at large

One person was shot tonight in the Glencoe Hills apartment complex off Washtenaw Avenue in Pittsfield Township, police said.

Public Safety Director Matt Harshberger said the victim does not appear to have life-threatening injuries.

The incident occurred just before 9:30 p.m. in the complex. Initial reports said police were seeking one shooter.

Harshberger said police are currently interviewing witnesses, and he did not immediately have additional details.
