Parole absconder arrested following stop for reckless driving
A 28-year-old parole absconder was jailed Saturday after Ypsilanti police discovered a laundry list of offenses during a traffic stop for reckless driving.
Police arrested the man for reckless driving and driving with a suspended license during the traffic stop around 9:30 a.m. They discovered he had two different bench warrants and a parole absconder warrant.
The man was processed at the Ypsilanti Police Department and lodged at the Washtenaw County Jail.
