Snow showers possible today in Ann Arbor area
You might see a bit of the white stuff floating in the air in the Ann Arbor area today, but don’t worry, snow shovels won’t be needed.
Though the high temperature is not expected to make it above the freezing mark today, there won’t be enough snow to accumulate, said Phil Kurimski, senior meteorologist with the National Weather Service in White Lake Township.
“It will probably just be light snow showers or flurries, “ he said. The chance of precipitation is 30 percent.
After today though, there’s no snow in the immediate forecast. The weekend promises to be pretty nice for mid-November.
The low will dip to about 25 tonight under partly cloudy skies. Friday will be mostly sunny and breezy with winds gusting to 34 mph and a high temperature of about 44. Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high of 53 and continued breezy conditions. Rain is possible Saturday night, but Sunday will bring partly sunny skies and a high of 53.
