That sounds normal. Let's wait until he kills someone before we do anything.

Whose to blame -- the politicians as they make the laws. Traditionally politicians have been the heaviest drinkers, especially in those after hours parties in the state or DC capitals, so why would they want to put an immediate stop by enacting laws to penalize such actions immediately. It's like the Wash D.C. politicians who trade and make investments on insider information of laws that are about to be started that the congress /senate has developed, it's called insider trading, where some common Joe's have went to prison, even a Jane (Martha Stewart). There's no wonder the country and states are the way they are today in America.

Whose to blame? The liberal judges. Why should this drunk driver respect the law when he knows there are no consequences.

Lets all hope he hit a duck while driving so he actually spends time in jail...

Any person who has more than two DUI should have their car impounded, not just get a s usspended license

Not just impounded, it should then be donated to a cause that helps victims of drunk drivers.

I like the idea of drunk camps for alcholics, they don't learn there lesson until they kill someone. Get them off the roads.

His name should be released, so we all know who this drunk is.

This guy has never done prison time, only county jail time and the two are not the same. He should have stayed home.

What's it going to take to get this man out of society? Thank God that woman reported him this time. But what will be the result? He obviously has a mental problem and perhaps he needs to live permanently in a facility. Yes, my taxes can pay for that so that he doesn't kill someone. Hopefully he has not already done that. Perhaps they could develop a mandatory injection of a drug that would make the person violently ill if they drink while on it.

You mean Antabuse? I don't know if it comes as an injectable, but that sounds like it would be an impractical sentence to implement.

So you want them to be driving while violently ill? And you will be violently ill if you drink too much alcohol so I fail to see the point of this fantasy drug.

This is absolutely uncalled for..arrested 7 times for drunk driving, who let this guy out time after time AND who's the genious that let him have a car. I'd ask if both are going to be charged with something but I think I know the answer after they let this guy out each time ...what a worthless court system

Can we have work camps just for alcoholics?

There is a big difference between drunks & alcoholics..... Alcoholics go to AA, Drunks go to a bar!
