Meet an affectionate and handsome kitty they call The Al Pacino of Cats - the Ann Arbor.com Pet of the Week

5-year-old, long-haired, black and white kitty named "The Al Pacino of Cats" waits for a home at HSHV
This laidback, 5-year-old, long-haired cat was found as a very matted stray, scrounging around for morsels of food. Because of the severity of his tangled fur, he did need to have a medical groom but that didn’t bother him. Al’s the kind of cat that goes with the flow and as long as he has a lap to cuddle up on, he’s very content.
If you like a cat that wants to be around you, who is affectionate and begs for your attention, then you will absolutely love Al Pacino. If you walk into the community cat at room at HSHV where Al is housed, he’ll be the first cat to come running so he can get his cheeks scratched and head petted.
Al can get along with other cats that are laid back like he is, and if you give them a proper and patient introduction, he should do fine. Dogs on the other hand he’s not a big fan of. He’d prefer not to have a dog day afternoon with the canine persuasion.
HSHV is open daily at 11 a.m. for adoptions. All pets available for adoption are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccinations, medically and behaviorally evaluated, and they have a microchip ID all included in their low adoption fee. Please make adoption your first option.
