Greenhills' Peter Jacobson makes Dream Team; 22 local soccer players earn All-State

The Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association announced the 2009 Boys All-State teams and final team rankings today, and Greenhills senior forward Peter Jacobson was named to the 2009 Dream Team. The Dream Team consists of the top 11 players from Divisions 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Jacobson, who scored 58 goals this season (seventh most in a single season in MHSAA history), is one of only two Division 4 players to earn such an honor since 2003.
A total of 22 Washtenaw County players earned honorable mention or better in their respective divisions, and 4 teams earned honorable mention or better in the final team rankings.
