Lions' first loss stings; Harbaugh and Schwartz exchange words and more links

San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore rushed for 141 yards against the Detroit Lions.

By the end of the afternoon, everything was gone from what led to the Detroit Lions entering their game unbeaten and swaggering with the San Francisco 49ers.
The perfect record now is 5-1 after a 25-19 loss at Ford Field. Gone were the big, must-have plays that led to the 5-0 start. Gone were the big comebacks and automatic two touchdowns per game from Calvin Johnson.
Afterward, much of the talk centered around the testy exchange 49ers coach (and former Michigan quarterback) Jim Harbaugh had with Lions coach Jim Schwartz. Who shoved first? Who said the first angry words? Neither coach provided much detail, and yet neither appeared to back down much afterward, Dan Wetzel of Yahoo Sports writes.

I want to know what happened to Megatron? I think I only saw 3 receptions the whole night? He needs to be put in play more often.

49er defense was too much for the Lion offensive line and receivers. Schwartz should chill out. I didn't see Harbaugh do anything to warrant that kind of response.
