Lions make the grade in most areas and other links

Detriot coach Jim Schwartz and the Lions are 6-2, so their mid-terms grades are fairly solid.

The Detroit Lions are 6-2, coming off a bye week and, if you trust mid-term grades, in excellent shape entering its game Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

Lions coach Jim Schwartz sat down witih Detroit News columnist Bob Wojnowski for a long question-and-answer session that even touches on the fact that Schwartz was an all-A student in high school.
