It pays to have friends if you want to be in Michigan Stadium for the Ohio State at Michigan football game but aren't a season-ticket holder.
Michigan hasn't won in the classic Big Ten Conference rivalry since 2003, but Brady Hoke is 8-2 (4-2 Big Ten) in his first season with the Wolverines and Ohio State is scuffling along at 6-4, 3-3 and has plenty of off-the-field issues.
Want to be there on Nov. 26 for the noon kickoff? Need a buddy who has tickets to spare?

The FB page doesn't actually let you "enter" the contest. I can fill out the form but then there is no "submit" button. Is it just me????

Julia: Did you check the box at the bottom that indicates you read the rules and regulations before you hit "submit." If you don't check that box, it just takes you back to the page. If you aren't seeing the big "submit" button, perhaps you need to try a different browser.

I love what's happening with the team. I don't even object to the transition away from the spread provided i's gradual to use the talent Michigan has. However, I hope Borges pulls out all the stops against Ohio State. If that means letting Denard do the read option as opposed to designed runs 20 times a game- great. Do what it take- surprise them. The Denard designed runs don't work, and using Denard as a receiver "decoy" hasn't work. Take those out of the mix and let Denard be Denard a little bit these last to crucial games. Nebraska and Ohio state have better defenses than Illinois. Do whatever it takes to light up the scoreboard while the defense fights like only a Mattison defense can. Michigan is back. beat Nebraska in their first big ten clash with Michigan and for "heavan's sake" end the misery against OSU.

@riverraisin: They currently have 789 people who LIKE them on FB. I agree with Jammers02, it's a nice gesture.

Another thing I might add... A nice gesture would be for the person that wins the tickets to donate them to a charitable organization. I would 'like' that.

I appreciate what you're saying, but it's not a nice gesture...it's self serving.

Being that 6.5 billion people are NOT on Facebook, Its nice to know AnnArbor.com thinks I'm unworthy to participate. Which by the way makes it really tough to "Like" you, on Facebook or otherwise.

I agree. Seems to me that if they have to lure people to 'like' them by offering bribes, you gotta wonder how many people actually 'like' them for real.
