Grammy Awards preview; Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way'; Kid Rock gets mad

The Grammy Awards take place Sunday. It's the biggest night for the music industry, and it generally makes for a pretty good TV show (8 p.m., CBS).

• Still nothing announced around here, but Bob Seger has added Buffalo to his announced tour dates.

• As promised, Lady Gaga's new single, "Born This Way," was released this morning. You can listen to it online. In a special deal with Target, fans can preorder the album and download the single today.

Kid Rock has lashed out at some fans who criticized him for going on with a show in Arkansas despite bad weather.

• The Kalamazoo Gazette has an interview with Vijay Iyer, who is playing at the Power Center on Saturday.

• Well this is unexpected: Former Smashing Pumpkins bassist D'arcy Wretzky, who has been living in southwest Michigan, has been jailed in a case that started with her horses running loose.

• The Free Press reports on a middle schooler who landed an interview with Eminem.

• The Oakland Press profiles Just Another Band From Detroit, a Frank Zappa tribute act.

PJ Harvey plans a live webcast of songs from her new album.
