Director Nicholas Stoller discusses Ann Arbor-filmed 'Five Year Engagement'

By Jenn McKee

Collider.com recently posted a 12-minute video interview with Nicholas Stoller, who co-wrote "The Muppets" with Jason Segel, and who co-wrote (also with Segel) and directed "The Five Year Engagement," which was shot primarily in Ann Arbor earlier this year.

Starring Emily Blunt, Segel, Mindy Kaling, Alison Brie, Rhys Ifans, Chris Pratt, Kevin Hart, and Chris Parnell, and produced by movie comedy hit machine Judd Apatow, "Engagement" charts the course of one couple's relationship as they gradually make their way to the alter.

In this Collider.com interview, Stoller starts talking about "Engagement" just shy of the 8 minute mark. He discusses how early test screenings have gone; music for the film; and the difficulty of the editing process.

"The Five Year Engagement" is currently slated for release next April 27.
