Overnight construction planned for I-94 ramps at M-52 Friday and Saturday
The Michigan Department of Transportation has planned overnight construction on ramps to and from westbound Interstate 94 at M-52 south of Chelsea.
From 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday, the off-ramp from westbound I-94 will be closed as crews complete the final paving of the ramp.
From 8 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday, the on-ramp from M-52 to westbound I-94 will be closed for the last bit of work to install hot mix asphalt on the ramp.
A suggested detour is Old US Highway 12.
It’s the second weekend in a row the ramps have been closed for overnight paving.

it would be nice if there was signage on the highway indicating this. I forgot about the closure and had no warning until I got to the closed exit
