By Julie Baker

Saline has found a new manager for its Main Street program. Resident Bob Rosenberger took over the position on Nov. 1, according to the Saline Reporter.

The position was open after manager Kelly Idzikowski resigned in September after holding the newly created position for less than four months.

Saline was chosen earlier this year as the 17th Michigan Main Street Community, which is meant to create opportunities for redevelopment, placemaking and economic growth. The nonprofit Saline Main Street was created in response to that.

Rosenberger has a background in communications, public relations, event planning, training and marketing, according to the Reporter. He and his wife have lived in Saline since 2006, the story said.

Your photo actually shows South Ann Arbor St., not Michigan Ave. Wrong caption.

The parade goes down MI Ave, Brit is right. How about you comment on the article or possibilities for Saline instead of attacking what the caption correctly says.

Unfortunately you are wrong. The photo is in fact Michigan Avenue, the church is the First Presbyterian Church.
