Eastern Michigan's Brad Ohrman is MAC West Defensive Player of the Week

Eastern Michigan senior defensive lineman Brad Ohrman was named the Mid-American Conference West Division Defensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Ohrman recorded eight tackles -- including a sack and 1 1/2 tackles-for-loss -- in the Eagles' 30-17 victory over Buffalo on Saturday. The Adrian native also added a quarterback hurry in the win.

The EMU defense recorded 10 tackles-for-loss and limited the Bulls to just 252 total yards of offense.
