Milan opened the game with a 20-3 first-quarter lead, and rolled to a nonleague victory.
C.J. Turnage led Milan (4-1) with a game-high 22 points, followed by Latin Davis's 17.
"We dominated the first quarter," Milan coach Josh Tropea said of his team's 18-0 run to end the frame. "I was happy with our ball movement and defense. We played great after nerly three weeks off, so that was positive."
Brandon Bays led Adrian (2-4) with 13 points, while Brett Bartels chipped in 10.
