Photo 12 shows a public school football team praying. What happened to the separation of church and state?

The kids are not forced or required to prey, (To respect those who follow certain religions or have different beliefs) I believe it's just a way to give thanks and connect as a team, more so than religiously speaking. Especially a man like Test, he's all about respect and class to begin with. No surprise, most teams professionally do it, college teams do it, and other high schools as well.
