Here's how Ford Field prepares to host the Frozen Four
It took 16 people more than 12 hours each Tuesday to help install the floor that will be used for the Frozen Four at Ford Field next week.
And that's just the first day of four needed to prepare Detroit's sports venue for college hockey's biggest showcase.
Dave Goricki of The Detroit News takes a look at the effort involved in changing Ford Field from a football venue into one suitable for the Frozen Four.

Again, this is really great for Detroit and all of Michigan... they have done a super job in the past putting on Sports functions as this, and have received many great reviews from afar. I just bought 1,000 shares of stock in, 'Commenters mentioning Michigan didn't make the finals', in this post. Congratulation for Red and the boys for turning things around when they where literally out of the playoff hunt. 9 -NCAA titles (most by anyone), 20 straight NCAA playoff's - guess UM has 1 more 'College Histories Best' to join the UM Football. Detroit, Michigan hosting NCAA FF - great........Red and the Boys - congratulations.
