On the heels of "The Ides of March" - filmed partly in Ann Arbor earlier this year - earning 4 Golden Globe nominations yesterday, TheHDRoom.com has just announced that the Blu-ray edition of the movie will be released on January 17.

The political thriller stars (and was directed by) George Clooney, as well as Ryan Gosling, Marisa Tomei, Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright, Paul Giamatti, and Philip Seymour Hoffman, and extras on the Blu-Ray include commentary from Clooney and co-screenwriter Grant Heslov; "Developing the Campaign: Developing 'The Ides of March'"; and more.
