"Time Dances On," a documentary by local filmmaker Sophia Kruz, was given the award for best editing-short in the recent Michigan Film Awards, held at the Uptown Film Festival in Birmingham.

Kruz participated in a Q and A session after a screening of her movie.

Last fall, the movie was named Best Documentary Feature at the Made in Michigan Film Festival.
