Our family just moved to Ann Arbor from the Cayman Islands and this is our first Michigan winter. The kids are very excited about the first snowfall! Even our dog has adapted to the snow! Cassandra Taylor /calendar/photologue/photos/Reader snow photos/cache/1130_family_first_winter_fullsize.JPG

At least some AnnArbor.com readers are excited about the first real snowfall of the year.
We asked to see your winter wonderlands this morning, and many of you obliged.
Enjoy! And remember, this is only the beginning ...

Nice photo of a summer memory bathed in seasonal change. "West Park Bandshell" in unusual perspective. Thanks Deborah Gibson

Oops...sorry...but, we can't seem to see how the dentist & her ad contributed to winter scenes? Was the fear of a dentist intended to remind us of the cold we might encounter outside?

Nice photos! I especially enjoyed the submission from Blaine Monroe. Also, welcome to the Taylor family! I hope you will love Michigan as much as I do.

Nice group of photographs. I especially like "Fountain and Spring, in Water Hill." by Peter Baker. Wonderful composition and amazing resolution. This would be an Approver's Choice photo on Wunderground.com!
