Images from the Ypsilanti July 4 Parade

By Angela Cesere

Patriots of all ages gathered to watch the Ypsilanti Area Jaycees' 83rd Annual Ypsilanti Independence Parade as it made its way from the Ypsilanti Water Tower down into Depot Town this morning. Veterans, area high school marching bands, churches and other organizations walked down the sizzling pavement of Cross St. while the crowd cheered, waving flags and trying to keep cool in the sun.
