The sweet girl's owners tells us about her:
"This is Sarah Jean, a rescue dog, part chow, part American Eskimo who came to us via PetFinder from a rescue group in Swartz Creek. She is now 7, but spent the first three years of her life chained to a tree. When her owner said he was going to move and couldn't take Sarah, so he would shoot her, the neighbor stepped in and saved her - thus her middle name. She never learned how to play very well, but she is in charge of the house and a very smart girl." by Elaine Owsley

We invite our readers to interact here on the pets section any chance we get, and one thing is evident: people are passionate about their pets. And as we see at the end of each week, they show off their cute pet photos!
It's always fun to see what our readers lives are like with their own pets and other animals, and there are always interesting stories to tell.
This week, we feature a gorgeous Chow/American Eskimo mix who was rescued four years ago and is now living the sweet life, a Viszla and a cute cat with an equally adorable name!
