Mitch Albom wonders if MSU can make U-M's Denard Robinson look human?; Wolverines-Spartans SI.com's game of the week and more
The Detroit Free Press' Mitch Albom joined the fray of columnists wondering how Michigan State's defense will stack up against Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson.
This photo taken on Wednesday Oct. 6, 2010 shows 69-year-old Major Hester at his home in Detroit. The devout Michigan State football fan called timeout before doctors could install a pacemaker in his chest Thursday Oct. 7, 2010, deferring the procedure until after the school's football game this weekend against rival Michigan. Hester said he's willing to risk death so that he can watch Saturday's game in Ann Arbor on television. The Spartans are ranked 17th in the country and the Wolverines are ranked 18th. I'm telling you... I don't even think my team should show up. This Denard kid is Jesus come back again. He's not mortal. I'm thinking he will just levitate down the field... above all the other players, and MSU has no shot whatsoever. He probably will stay levitated for 59 minutes, about 10 feet above the ground so that he runs the clock down. That way UM's defense and special teams will never be on the field. And you don't have to worry about any of your coaches making a decision.... State by 10!

Robinson probably won't get AS MANY yards through the air (don't hold me to that though) as Sparty will probably try to stack the line of scrimmage in a futile attempt to contain him. BUT, look for Denard to torch them through the air repeatedly. Michigan 34, Little Brother 29.
