In the interview, they talk about how they ended up making the film, which they shot in summer 2011 in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Plymouth.
Set in Ann Arbor during the Vietnam War, the film stars Liam Hemsworth, Aimee Teagarden, Austin Lowell, and Teresa Palmer, and tells the story of a soldier who receives a Dear John letter from his girlfriend back home, which prompts him to go AWOL with his best friend to try and win her back, only to find her in the middle of the anti-war movement.
"Love and Honor" will be available exclusively via Direct TV starting February 1; through On Demand on Feb. 14; and will debut in select theaters on March 22
