Does anyone know what the Science daily article is talking about? How does a plugged-in electric car do anything to generate power for the grid? As to the storage question, are they suggesting that in times of need, the power utilities would use the electricity in your car to run somebody else's air conditioner?

I find the irony of the 2 headlines sadly prophetic and interlinked!! "Camp Take Notice struggles to find a home; GOP gears up for November election"
