A 14-year-old girl missing since Thursday was found this afternoon, Ann Arbor police said.
Detectives confirmed at 1:40 p.m. that Selena Leroux Riggins was located alive and unharmed. Police had been searching for Riggins since Thursday, and an Amber Alert was issued Friday.
Two men believed to be with her have been arrested.
Ann Arbor Det. Bill Stanford said Riggins walked into the Eastern Michigan University Department of Public Safety at about 1:30 p.m. and said, "Here I am."
In the Amber Alert, police said Riggins was believed to be with two 25-year-old men, Wayne William Rankin and Woodrow Roosevelt Williams II.
Rankin surrendered Friday evening after seeing his photo publicly broadcast, and was arraigned this morning on a criminal sexual conduct charge. Williams surrendered at about 11 a.m. today, but was not with Riggins when he turned himself in to police, detectives said.
Riggins is from Canada but recently moved to Ypsilanti to live with a relative. She ran away earlier in the week because she didn't want to return to Canada, Stanford said.
Stanford said Riggins and a friend met Rankin and Williams on an Ann Arbor Transportation Authority bus. They were together off and on for parts of the week, including after Thursday, Stanford said.
Stanford declined to say exactly what Riggins told police this afternoon. She is being evaluated at the hospital.
Williams is expected to be arraigned on unspecified charges Sunday or Monday, police said.
