Once again it is time to welcome all the little ghouls, goblins, princesses, and pirates to the Downtown Ypsilanti Halloween Festival set for Friday, October 26 from 5-6:30 pm. The Ypsilanti District Library will start their events with a storytime at 4:30 pm at YDL-Michigan Avenue downstairs.
